its nice to see labs raisesd in the Philippines and glad to hear we are getting more concern with well-being of our paw friends. kudos for philippine govt. to get involve in the process. in the states, dogs in particular (and cats) are not just pets, they are family. As in the movie Marley & Me it reminds us, " A dog doesn't care if you are rich or poor. Give him your heart and he'll give you his".
