Hi!! My name is Juniper and I was rescued by the Maryland Animal Sanctuary (MAS) Rescue. My new parents adopted me a week ago so I could be a companion for my brother Ollie. Ollie was dropped off at a pet store because fur parents were both pure bread and neither of their owners wanted the mix, so our parents picked him up and rescued him too. He's from Pennsylvania. Where are you from?

Hi Juniper, Thanks for inviting me to your new group. I, too, have a brother named Ollie. And, like me, he is a rescue. As a matter of fact, February 22 will be the two year anniversary of Buddy's and my rescue from the streets and highways of Ozark, AL. Mommy is such a lucky person to have me in her life!!!! blue dog

Hi My mom took me in a few days before Christmas ...what a great present for me (and them ) I was living with a family who could no longer take care of me... I was so skinny my ribs were showing, but not for long Mom put me on a special diet, lots of eggs rice and hamburgler I think she called it.... But my favorite was when she made me peanutbutter treats... Now I'm 12lbs bigger. The vet says I look great... I am so lucky...
Mom and the Vet said I'm getin Spayed next week.. Not sure what thats going to be but mom said I'll be fine..
And being inside all winter long was the best... I hated living outside in the cold winter snow BRRRR....
Now she says I'm getting a lil brother in a few weeks??? I'm going to love playing... I hope he likes the peanutbutter treats too..
oh I'm from Garrett Co. Maryland Where it snows alot in the winter..I realy don't like the snow..but Mom said SPRING is coming soon ..

Hi everyone!
I'm new to Dogster, but I'm a rescue, too. My people (they're a mom and daughter) rescued me from the Humane Society in Tinton Falls, NJ. I live in Hazlet, NJ. I am 6 years old, I'm a Jack Russell Terrier mix. Hannah, where in Garrett Co. do you live? My person went to college in Baltimore, and always did retreats in Oakland. She lived in Ellicott City in Howard Co. for 10 years. I love being in this group, it's so friendly!

Hannah- how does your mom make those peanutbutter treats?? They sound yummy!! I hope you have fun with your new little brother!!

I just got my first negative skin scraping a few weeks ago!! One more and I'm done with my Demodex medicine. It's so wonderful to be with people who care about me!!

Charlie- How is NJ? My dad human grew up in Kinnelon, NJ and he liked it!
