So I hope you enjoy this daily fun poked at those furry rodents we pursue... as well as our own canine foibles:
Bob the Squirrel
Welcome to the wonderful world of obsessive compulsive cartoonist Frank Page and his band of misfits. Bob the Squirrel chronicles the life and times of Bob, a squirrel and Frank, the human he's taken in as his own. Other ingredients in this comic strip stew include Frank's girlfriend- the effervescent "foofy coffee chick" Lezley, her daughter Lauren and their collie Lady--- who, if she's not barking incessantly, she's thinking about barking incessantly. And to complete the meal, why don't we throw in Frank's dog, a jack russell terrier named Lucy---a dog who loves to climb trees, eat nacho chips and generally be the yang to Bob's ying. There's something for everyone in Bob the Squirrel... so, make a daily stop to see what's going on. You will not be disappointed.
Pooch Cafe
Pooch Café is the story of a cheese-loving, squirrel-fearing, kibble-desiring, break-dancing, toilet-drinking mutt named Poncho. Dogs, like certain barflies, want to go where everybody knows their name (other than the vet’s office.) So they gather at the Pooch Café to compare notes on such weighty issues as avoiding baths, zebra-flavored kibble, toilet breath, and the construction of a giant catapult with which to hurl all the Earth’s cats into the sun. Don’t look for it out on the main street -- its actual location is a canine top secret that was only compromised that one time they got a pizza delivered.Edited by author Sun Jan 18, '09 12:19pm PST
