Gabby has a docked tail and I don't know what the reason for such a thing would be. She was brought up to CT from GA by the Humane society so I don't have much history on her. She had obviously just weaned a litter when I adopted her. The tail docking didn't look recent either. She's a fabulous dog except when her nose gets her into trouble.

I have a docked tail too! I came from a shelter in East TN, so mom isn't sure if someone did that to me or if I was born that way.
