In the summer months are there any great places to bring dogs to swim, play etc? I wish there was a newsletter of somesort that came out for a nh furry friends.! dog

I haven't found any kind of recognized or advertised pet friendly beach but I usually take Rhiannon to what we like to call "back road beaches". You'll find secluded public beaches all over the state. Some are in state parks so you have to check ahead to be sure the park allows dogs. Some are off of trail systems and might be a hike of a couple of miles through the woods to get to. The best places I've found to bring her are the places that the locals can tell you about. I'll try to compile a list of the places that I know of for you soon.
