Hi all.. just popped in to say hi and tell you all some news.
The 27th is D-Day ( strike)
Drifter needs surgery and I have no money to get it done. Right now, none in the forseeable future either with this strike.
I have to get Daisy in for the lump on her neck and paw. They don't look good at all. When I can and know more I will post. The stress of this is killin me.

I hope everyone is well. I miss you all but right now I have other things I need to take care of. Please know I think of you all alot.hug

cry Hi all.. well the news isn't good. I need surgery on my neck and probably will loose my toe. The lump in my neck... well they are not totally sure what it is but it is cancer in my toe. frown We lost my niece 2 yrs ago with brain cancer that spread from the cancer in her toe. So please watch your babies feet. ANY strange lumps or constint licking on the feet... get it looked at right away.

Drifter needs the reconstruction surgery for his ear canal. We are trying to decided if our own vet can do it or if he will go to PEI to the vet college there. They do awesome work. So I should find out very soon which it will be.

Daisy sorry I'm so late! had a bad cold and was rarely on the conputer and now dogster is constipated and we can't go to the pages of the dogs. So we'll send you all power of the paw this way, and tons of it!

Hi all. Sorry it has been so long. Mom has been so busy with rescues and the animal abuse cases here that most times she don't even want to talk to anyone.

Well my surgery was suppose to be Monday past BUT seems I have a bladder infection ( never had one before ) and it was cancelled. I have to wait 2 wks until the medicine is out of my system and the infection is cleared up. Right now the lumps haven't gotten any bigger but they haven't got any smaller either.

About a month ago, I tore off one of my nails right up into my toe ( Drifter and I were playing ). Mom couldn't get the bleeding to stop ( and she knows every trick in the book ). I had to go have 2 stitches in it. My nail MAY grow back. NOW... the day I was suppose to have surgery... well I tore off my dew claw ( playing with Drifter again ) ..This was at 5 am. Well off to doggie emerg we go. That was also when they found I had a bladder infection. Mom told them I was suppose to have surgery that morning. They said " no way, with this infection it isn't a good idea" So... we are on hold AGAIN. Oh... and so is Drifter.
