Hi i am a new member and A new owner of a 12 week old mini dachshund. If anyone has any good advice or some info on what to do and not to do It would be appreciated. I have never owned a dachshund. TY

One of the biggest things I think is to Not OverFeed your baby!! They act like they're starving ALL the time but don't be fooled! I see way too many overweight dachshund, it's really hard on their backs! And be diligent about potty training, whichever way you choose to do it. They are very willfull dogs.
My 11 wk old is a sassy girl! I hope you have great fun with your new pup!
