My Frenchie has been drooling much more than usual over the past few days.....I am seeing drool trailing all over my hardwood floors, and he was lying on the bed last night and the sheets were saturated where his head was, after about an hour. I took him to the vet this morning and they say there is nothing wrong. Has anyone else had this kind of problem?

If it's on the- floor, it's mine- to eat!

Inspect his mouth for something stuck in there or in his throat. If the drooling keeps up, I would take him to the vet and make sure it is nothing serious. Dogs tend to drool excessively for specific reasons: stress, something (like a needle) stuck in their mouth, or a painful tooth. They can also drool if they're excited, but that's not what this sounds like. I hope you get it figured out!
