ok I know this is a service dog group. but we really need help! elliot kazzi and oz all bark and bark and bark at the neighbors dog. they have a 9 yr old rottie. I have tried teaching them to speak. You know give the speak comand when the bark. and then when they learn it tell them not to speak? well now i have 3 dogs who "speak" on command and go nuts when the dog next door is out. I have tried the citronel anti bark collars. yeah ok they now like that stuff. We also tried the blue can of alcohol and water. nah no luck they got used to it. Kazzi barks worse at it. I have tried the water hose and a spray bottle. nothing is working. they dont bark when he is face to face with them.( well would you hes huge like 180 lbs)if not more. they submit to him. but boy put tha fence in the way and its a bark fest. and rocki dont bark back.
so does anyone have any suggestions tha would help???? im at wits end. the family next door is ok with it. they love dogs but its driving me nuts.

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME

Iris was big on barking when I first got her, announcing her presence mostly at night while the neighbours slept. it took a lot of vigilant face time to teach her what "shhh" meant. if she barked after the ''shhh" command, I would gently hold her mouth closed. if she were quiet, of course she got a lot of praise.happy dance
