	All breeds and mixed breeds are welcome to this IWPA sanctioned event in Port Clinton, PA. Novices are very welcome, there will be harnesses available for them. Our last pull in Barto, PA we had a huge novice class of 20, and we'd love to see that again. Some of them definitely got hooked on this fun sport! When: December 6, 2008 Weigh in: 7am to 9:15am Where: Port Clinton, PA Directions: From I-78, take the exit for Pottsville/Rt. 61 north, go about 2 miles, after the crossing the Schuylkill River, make the first left into Port Clinton.(Broad St.) Cross over the small bridge and railroad tracks, take a left onto Pine st. The ball field will be directly ahead. ***for GPS purposes, please use the intersection of south and pine st. 	Hello...Serene is almost 6 months old now. I was wondering if she is old enough to start pulling. I have never had a Malamute before. She is so smart and has so much energy. Also I would love to have her pull me on skis. I am in Wisconsin and have not made any contact with other malamute owners. If you would know of any that would be great...thanks so much... 	Serene is too young to compete in a weight pull, they must be 1 year of age. But, she's not too young to train lightly. There are many mals in Wisconsin and they have many activities, including lots of sanctioned weight pulls.
