PLEASE CROSSPOST - Molly and pups need rescue from shelter before 10/30

Molly was born in a place where people had allowed wandering dogs to congregate and breed without control or much human contact. Molly was lucky, as a puppy, she was taken in as a house dog. When animal control came all of the other dogs (over 20) were killed as they were unsocialized and nearly feral. But Molly is sweet and submissive. She is a bit shy and likes women more than men. She is only about a year old and 20 pounds. Just a little girl.

At the shelter it was found she was PG so she was to be killed today (October 20), but she had the pups a couple of days ago. She had 5 and 3 died. She is a good mommy and when a local vet called with 3 orphan pups, she took those in as well. So now there is sweet Molly and 5 very young pups with nowhere to go. She is a little black dog and all the pups are black. So more strikes against her and the pups, their color. They are all scheduled to die next week if no rescue can be found. They have no indoor place to house the pups and mom.

I will help with vet expenses to save their life.

Mom emailed dogster and asked them to make her Dog of the Day!

Please send email to them and ask them also. This could help draw attention to Molly and her pups.
