Hey everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has interesting plans for the upcoming night time festival? Seeing how we are all black, this is one holiday we don't even have to dress up for (a big black GSD is plenty scary enough on its own right everyone)!

Mom's thinking about taking me to a huge pumpkin patch a few miles away, and maybe even letting me help pass out candy (though I know by now that when she says help, she means watch). We are possibly also going to a corn maze tomorrow, though we aren't sure yet.

Mine wouldn't like being dressed up in the least. Since she is very protective and barks at anyone coming to the door, we'll likely try to avoid trick or treaters. She'll likely be playing with her two foster siblings, a beautiful black and tan GSD and a shepherd boxer mix that are staying with us until they find a home.

By the way, welcome to the All-Black group.

There are several pet costume parties around town for halloween. and one big mardi gras style parade which includes a dog walking group.

Originally, I was going to be a pumpkin. The orange looked good on my black fur, then our friend at the local pet store said everyone is going to be a pumpkin this year, so seeing as I am from New Orleans, I will be wearing the gold and white of Saints QB Drew Brees along with a superman cape.

Decimus has modeled a couple of his ideas for howloween costumes. On the 22nd Petsmart is having a costume contest and he and his buddy Jax, another Black GSD will be attending dressed in their scariest duds.

Well I'll attached a pictures of Blackberry in a costume.... But, her breeder was very upset with me! What can i say.... As far as the door bell... I'd try and keep them quiet in the basement -- the confusion is why too much for them....
