Care2.com, in partnership with Adopt-a-Pet.com is sponsoring a contest called "America's Favorite Animal Shelter." All YOU have to do is VOTE for your favorite shelter or rescue group to help them win $10,000 donation.

The group with the most votes by November 1, 2008 wins a $10,000 donation. In addition, each week, a random shelter will win $1,000, to ensure every group, no matter how small, has a chance to win.

And the top 20 people who recruit the most people to vote will earn a $50 gift certificates for pet products.
