 |  |  |  | With Annie, she doesn't jump very much, but she puts her front paws up on you to say hello, and to sniff you to see where you've been. Your "Hyper Puggle" could potensially be twisting these two things in some order. The peaing is something that would take alot of time and effort to train out of. I don't doubt for a minute that puggles can get out of hand heiper, but try not ignoring her when she does these things. Confronting a dog of their problems brings the best results. Sometimes they grow out of it, and sometimes it sticks.
