	My name is Odin and I'm an australian shepherd. I will be 4 months old on August 11th 2008. My mom got me from a breeder in Washington state. His name was Chris and he was really nice, but I could not wiat to get to my mom. I am a red merle male with green eyes. My mom takes me for hikes and plays fetch with me everyday. My big sister is Loki, she is a border collie. Loki is 6 yrs old now. She gets grumpy when I want to play and she is tired. Thank you for inviting me to the group and HELLO!

	hi bj and welcome....! you would love it here in alaska. i hope you do get to come! it's a really pretty place. i've seen dogs look very similar to you up here. we got big fish and even bigger moose! the summers have sunlight all day and the winters have loads of fun snow!

	Ruby and I can't wait to get to Alaska. My Momma has told us all about it. We will be moving from Chicago, IL as soon as we find a place to call home. We love the snow and can't wait for tons more of it. What's your favorite part of living in Alaska?

	"She gets grumpy when I want to play and she is tired." Hey, Odin, How do you get a border collie tired? My Momma wants to know. She works with them all day long at work. The only way she ever gets them tired is when she took them to the beach all day long to continually chase the Gulls off the beach. By the way, that is her current job she uses border collies to chase away avian pests for clients: geese, gulls, pigions, etc. Just wondering.

	welcome duke and ruby!! when do you gt to move here? i got lots of stuff i love up here. there are so many trails in the anchorage areas alone. what part are you coming to? i think my favorite is the dog parks. we have several here, but my favorite is university lake! dog parties every weekend. we've seen the same people and dogs for years...a real community. mom's lived here for 15 years...half of that in ketchikan and half in anchorage.

	We should be moving near Fairbanks but with the economy in a shambles it is taking much longer than expected. Hopefully we will be there by Winter (fingers crossed). But after hearing about University Lake maybe Mom will change her mind and move us a little bit south I've never been to a dog party...What time do they get Barking?
