Aggresive to large dogs

Ever since I was pregnant 1.5 years ago George has become aggressive toward other dogs (his size or larger). He used to love EVERYONE. He does not attack my parents dogs though and they are bigger. A dog can smell him in the front but the moment they move to his side or back he wants to bite their heads off. I reprimand him by saying no, pulling on his leash, and grabbing his snout but this is not working. Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.confused
