I have only been to the Carmichael Dog park, and Bear park in Roseville. Are there any others that anyone recommends?
We are looking for a new place to play, and need a change of scenery!

I used to travel all the way to Marco park in roseville (off douglas). its a huge park with lots of trees and grass, pluss pools for the summer. The down side it does close in winter becuase it fills up with water.

But I live in Natomas, and recently a dog park has opened up closer (and more planned). I honeslty wasnt too impressed with it at first, but i think it has pontntial. I was disappointed to see that people werent picking after their furry children and there wasnt really much grass in the first place. but i think if the people in the area are committed to it, it will be a nice place to play. Also the one in natomas has a seperate area for smaller dogs.

I really enjoy the dog park at Howe Park in Sacramento, on Howe/Cottage. Its not really huge, but its quaint and plenty to sniff in my opinion wink
