Ive read that border collies tend to only bond with one person. Is this true for anyone else? Josie is friendly to everyone, but she tends to keep tabs on where I am in the mix. I moved in with my fiance last year and Josie still shys away from him most of the time, she's happy to receive attention from him and everything but mainly her place is in my shadow. I dont know if it was because she was adopted from the pound or what but I also struggled (and occasionally still do) with some separation anxiety.
