Help!! With training issue.

Hi, we train Service Dogs. We are currently training a Chi., we had him retreiving a pill bottle and inhaler out of a purse. He was doing very well with voice and hand signals. When all of a sudden now he won't get them out of the purse. If we place them on the floor or throw them he will still get them but as soon as we place them in the purse he won't touch them or even go near the purse.

Does anyone have any ideas why or how to get him to do it again??? We have tryed everything we can think of.
