Spring, the weekend and the mighty Mississip'

Why walk when- you can run?

Well, it was another fine weekend and a trip or two to Minnehaha dog park were in order. I got to swim and retrieve sticks in the river (ILOVE water and swimming and do a pretty good Lab imitation... really). Dad's working on giving me information by moving his hands and I'M getting pretty good at understanding when I need to go left or right or out.

It's also fun to play keep-away when I have MY stick and THOSE OTHER DOGS don't smile

I got to chase squirrels... and did I mention the rabbit that broke cover when I was approaching? I'm a FAST dog (not fast enough to catch a rabbit with a headstart)... but I have sooo much fun running and jumping.

Ahhh, to be young and GSD! Good dog, Czarka! Dad thinks the park is good 'cuz I'll get tired... silly dad... I just get stronger

So, did anyone else have a fun weekend???
