I am sick and need some help.

Hello Group, my name is Ella Rose, and I need some help. My 'daddy' has been taking me to the vet at least twice a month since February because I have had a problem with crusty stuff forming on my ears, the vet took a scraping, ouch!, and it wasn't Sarcoptic mange , but then he's had me on a regime of zinc and vitamin E with other stuff, and this hasn't been helping in fact now the problem is worse: I have the crusty stuff above my nose and when all the crusty stuff is removed only my skin shows...no hair and now the crusties have shown up on both sides of my face. The vet has said that might be Pemphigus, but I think I am too young for that and I don't really want to be on anti-cancer drugs and anti-inflammatory meds for my life.
Any help that you can give my daddy would be helpful.
