Are you a member of either of the regional breed clubs out there? There are two:

Nation al Capital Bearded Collie Club (which may be a bit further from you):

I looked at their official calendars and it doesn't appear that there are any club bounces going on in the summer save an NCBCC herding event. You may, however, want to join one (or both!) and start talking to the members - they may do unofficial bounces so that their Beardies have the chance to get out and run around! I know that members of the SoCal regional club do this, and I can't imagine that they are the only ones.
