we did like him...was starting to feel like his potential wasn't going anywhere. he seems to be able to sound great on songs with artists who he sounds like anyway. we missed seeing him there this week...he's nice to look at. oh well.

felt the boys did do better this week than the girls. i think sayesha may be saying goodbye or kristy...isn't she always in the bottom three. that must be tough. i think she could do well with a country album when this is all through.

mom was talking animatedly at work about american idol with another girl at work who watches the show. everyone was in shock that mom actually watched such a show...i think she secretly wishes that show was around when she was younger. maybe she coulda been a star instead of a nurse...hehe...maybe it's the early stages of dementia! it's just fun to watch people reach for thier dreams. it takes courage to put your life on hold and hope for a dream to come true. takes courage to be on tv and get hammered by the judges and humiliated at times.
