I recieved a note from a member in one of the collie groups about 19 collies that had been rescued from a very bad situation. And was being held in the ASPCA in upper state Queensbury NY. And it seems that the conditions there are very bad. They are being kept in cages for 23 hours a day that are to small. With little to no exercise. Stacked on top of each other..
