My dog loves to get out of the yard and tries to get away. Is their anything I can do to make her stop? shrugthinking

My masters have a whistle they blow and when I get away from the yard they blow the whiles and call my name like they are angry. it's a whisle used for hunting. If you blow the wistel in a cetrtain patern, you can get used to that pattern and that means come home.
My other sister(she's a lab) she has a collar she wears when she is not hooked up so if she goes too far, she feels a small alert or buzz on her neck that tells her to stay near.
these are ideas for you. It's hard to stay in the yard when we find something fun to chase but our owners don't lik eit very much...then I feel sad and listen better next time I go outside.
