PROBLEMS CREATE/POTTIE TRAINING

Did or is anyone hacing trouble with pottie training? From everything i have read and heard shibas are supposed to be easy to train and hate to soil them selfs, however my shiba is the opposite. He still pees in the house, and in his create. He will not hold it for anything if he has had something to drink. He is turning 5 months and should be able to hold it about 6 hours. When he is cought peeing in the house, we say no!, then call him over to the door, though he usually runs off and pees somewhere else. if anyone has advise to give please do.

Hi there. It took Tetsuya awhile before he was fully potty trained. If you catch him peeing in the house you should run over, pick him up, take him outside and tell him 'Go potty' or whatever your command for that is. I'd also suggest you post this question on the Shiba Inu forum here on dogster - it is very active. This TX shiba group isn't very active.
