High 10, Puppers! It's US: Mia and Mojo! wave
How's everybody doing???? way to go We hope that you are all staying warm under those comfy down comforters......WE ARE, even here in Florida! It's chilly and we beg Mama; DON'T MAKE US GO OUT.....but she says, wavecheer "Go! You can do it! Pee Pee in the tray fast!" What choice do we have? shrug We'll survive.

Since our last post, I (Mo Man) have had a very bad 'ankle' sprain and was laid up for a few weeks, then THE VERY DAY I was allowed to FINALLY go out and do my zoomies (in the grass which has been off-limits while I healed), the VERY DAY and within 4 minutes, Mama heard a very loud and painful sounding YELP!!!!! and guess who was making all the noise? Yuppers, puppers........it was my darling little (little? she weighs 14 lbs. compared to my 9 or 10 lbs.).......and she was walking with her hind leg sticking straight out. Mom didn't know what the situation was; (she's never REEEEEEALLY been a 'dog person' so she's doing to OJT Class).....and the Yelping turned out to be over Mia's LUXATING PATELLA! Big drag. HUuuuuuuuuuge drag. So into the big pen she went, confining her as per the vet; and her breeder was contacted. NOW, however, we've got yet ANOTHER "situation".

Mia has mites. For the second time. She's only 9 months old, but she's been through alot already! I heard that mites are hereditary and please don't laugh; I'm just telling you what I heard. I don't have ANY 'probs' like that; but Mia? It seems the Patella situation is hereditary; and mom really wants to know if anybody is aware of the mite situation. Man oh man; we're an expensive breed (or Sarasota is a ridiculously expensive place to own an Iggy!). Nonetheless, we must do what we must do and we have no idea what that is. ANOTHER trip to the vet? Oy! Should Mom call the breeder? What role does the breeder play in all this or is it a matter of 'buyer beware'?

Well, whatever you're able to share would be party a celebration of good health! And Momma would greatly appreciate it! Thanks, Guys.

We Ruff you all!
Mojo and Mia xooxoo
