The first dog park i ever went to was the Mt. Airy one, and i had the best time, i ran all around while my owner stayed in the shade, but i like the Armledder park more, its closer to where I live in Mt. Washington, i like it more because it has a lot of flat space for me to run around and at the right time of day a lot of other dogs to play with which is great for me, but once my pup pal Dolce got beat up by a bigger dog, she doesnt like it there as much anymore. Maybe ill have to check out the one in Anderson, even if it does cost money, it might be worth the price. Does anyone know if there are usually any other dogs there?

I live closer to the Mt Airy dog park, so we go there a lot. I think the parks are only as nice as the owners. A good owner will keep an eye on his dog and try to minimize trouble. We like Mt Airy because of the small dog area. We can go in there to get away from big scary dogs. My 13lb terrier brother sometimes gets into trouble barking at the wrong big dog.
We like Armledder, too, but it's just a little far for us.
We've been to the one in Kenton County, KY. It's nice, but there's not much to drive all the way down there for.

My brother and I used to go to the one in Mt Airy a lot but then we stoped going b/c when ever we went there oweners were letting their dogs try and start fights with the other dogs around. My Brother was there one time when 1 dog attacked a huskey and then theowner of the mean dog kicked the huskey to break up the so called fight . but the huskey didn`t do nothing. Anyway I don`t like being away from my brother and he can`t come into the small area so I go with him. Anyway we don`t gop there much anymore b/c of all the mean doggies.

There is a great dog park off Wooster Pike called the Otto Armleder Memorial Park, they have 2 huge areas for doggies -- one for big dogs, one for small dogs. It is very clean and well taken care of and it is always full of friendly pups and parents. Great place to play and socialize!

There are two dog parks we go to. We go to Mt. Airy because it is close. The other park we like a lot is in Ft. Thomas in Ky.

We really like the park in Ft. Thomas. There is more grass there, I think, and they put mulch down. So if it rains I don't get very muddy (and I hate getting muddy). The other dogs there are very nice. And their owners are, too.

Grace and I aren't as fond of Mt. Airy. The dogs there seem to have a rough attitude. I don't know why. There are a lot of big dogs, and I think they like to show their dominance. I don't know, maybe it is just me.

You know, Grace and I also start trouble sometime. I think she and I play rough a lot, and then when we go to the dog park, we sometimes get excited with all of our other friends and maybe get too rough (especially with small dogs). I think it embarrasses our owners sometimes because we have to leave early.

We're Westsiders too, so we've been to Mt. Airy several times... but no more. Not a fan of the baseball field dirt that has accumulated there, plus we've had similar problems as the rest of you had, pushy dogs with not-so-attentive owners.

Love the dog park on Wooster Pike! Can't wait for the weather to warm up so we can go back!

ETA: We've been to the dog park in the Symmes Twp Park in Loveland. It's very nice, but last time we went, they don't have a water source, so you'll need to supply your own water.
