Do you have a favorite place to go to with your family in Delmarva?

My sis and I love to go to Atkins Arboretum in Ridgely, MD. They have lovely, wide trails that are very well kept. The trails that lead into the woody areas are particularly nice. big grin

We like the bike trail in Pocomoke. Then again Mack loves swimming in the bay at Sunset Park O.C. Tonks has never been outside of Pocomoke yet.

Tonks and I would be delighted to have company on our walks. Mack would have to stay home but he wouldn't mind that means he gets to lounge on my blankets and snore.big grin

It's hard finding a place to go where we live.. frown

But we do enjoy going down to Ganeys Wharf. It's right outside of harmony, MD. It's very peaceful and there's not a lot of commotion, which mom loves (it's hard to deal with two dogs who love getting attention from every human, animal, and bush). There's picnic tables, a boat dock, and plenty of new smells

Also, a few streets over, is an even more discrete place called, Gilpin's Point. There's room to swim, have a snack and you can even catch up on some history as well. It is where the famous tomb of Colonel Richardson is located, the one whom the high school was named after

And with Easton recently getting a PETSMART, we can't say how happy we are about that! No more driving to Salisbury every time we need something
