I was going to Banfield Vets when I was a puppy, and they didn't help me at all! I died of a liver shunt, and the vets did nothing! Don't go to them! Don't support this horrid treatment! Mommy found me dead SUDDENLY one day! THEY COULD'VE DONE A BLOOD TEST. THEY COULD'VE DETECTED THE LIVER SHUNT. BUT THEY DIDN'T! I DIDN'T SURVIVE! I've had nothing but good times at Banfield here in Grove City, OH. I haven't taken Bentley yet but I have a cat that requires visits several times a year. They are so kind and gentle with their procedures. I continue to go there as they are very attentive to his needs. I'm very sorry for your loss and hope that you can find a veterinarian that listens to your needs.
