My mom just can't seem to clean up all of my hair. We all know its going to be around as long as I am but does anyone have any tips on keeping a clean house with a dobie in it? Also Mom says I get stinky quickly. She doesnt want to bathe me too much and has tried doggie cologne and bath wipes. Any tips or reasons why I get stinky so quick?

Gosh, Drake, I don't have a clue what could be causing you to shed so badly. Niether me nor Callie shed much at all... and although Callie seems to be a little bit smellier than I am, we really don't have a very noticible odor. The vet told Mom not to bathe us very often, because we really shouldn't need it. Maybe your vet would have some idea about what's going on with you. Maybe it's something you've been eating? I wish I could help more!

Mom says I'm fine....Dad says I stink....I say I'm a dog and should smell a little!! Mom wipes a dryer sheet over me every now and then to freshen me up.
I also shed like it's my job. Mom says she doesn't know how I have any hair left on my dog body. If they use my curry comb on me it cuts down on the shedding. But they're kinda lazy so it doesn't happen much....I say there's a reason it's called "fur"niture and my hair belongs there!!

HAHA Good answer Jarvis!! My shedding has been getting better since Ive been on Fish Oil and my stink gets a quick fix with doggie bath wipes. Thanks for the answers!

Mom also gives me and Draco a quick rubdown with a hypoallergenic baby wipe sometimes. It helps freshen us up a bit, without stripping all the oils off our sensitive skin!
