Help Me My ears are makeing me miserable!

I'm looking for a solution to my miserable ears. I am a 7yr old min pin who has always had very bad alergies. But this year has been worse than ever and nothing has been giving me relief! I have been going to the vet every few months for it. He gave me Mometamax which used to work but is not doing it this time. My mom's been trying to keep my ears clean without irritating it and is at her wits end! But I can't stop scratching even when it makes my poor ears bleed and I keep having to shake my head. Does anyone have any advise?? Help!
