I need some advise, here is the problem- I am trying to mother 3 of my toys. I don't want to do anything else, I don't want to walk , eat, go out for potty, play etc. I basically have no life expect for being mommy to these toys. I carry them around crying and whining, I try to keep them warm, I try to hide them and keep them clean. My moma is worried about me! She wants to take them away from me so I will be my old playful happy self again.
I am one year old and was in heat about 2 months ago. Please let us know if you have had this problem and how you handled it. Mommy doesn't want to upset me but I don't even sleep at night b/c I cry over my babies. Thanks everyone!  |  |  | |  |

OMDogness! I have never heard of a pup with this problem! I wish I could help, but.......I am at a loss. Let me sleep on it and get back to you, OK? Or maybe I can ask some other doggy pals and see if anypup has a solution.

| | Barked: Mon Dec 3, '07 7:10pm PST | | | | | | Hi Woody, Thanks for your concern about me. My vet said that I had a false pregnancy. I am going to be spayed on thursday Dec. 6th. Please keep me in your prayer and mommy too, she is worried about me. It has been rough around here, mommy took my babies away today b/c that is what another dogster said she should do. I am better now, looking for my babies still though.
After I am spayed it should be better, just sad cause I would be a good mommy. My mommy hopes she is doing the best thing for me, everyone keeps telling her it is the right thing to do for my well being. I got agressive with two female dogs that came to visit on sunday, I tried to bite them when they came near my babies! So I might get really crazy if I had real babies!
Anyways I would really appreciate it if everyone would keep me and mommy in their prayer, especially on thursday when I have my surgery. Thanks | | | | |

And one day she went into my human sister's room and found a small monkey that she really liked and treated her like her puppy. Then she would carry it everywhere. We all called her monkey Baby. To this day we tell her go get Baby and she will. But she no longer carry's it everywhere, but she still loves her Baby. This does not resolve your situation, but I know my cousin would totally understand.

Hello, Mollie.....you are definitely in my thoughts and prayers as you have your surgery tomorrow. Pawlease ask your Mommy to update us afterwards so we know how you're doing. I know you'll be just fine and that hopefully, this will alleviate your problem. I am hoping so. Hang in there, Sweet Girl!

| | Barked: Fri Dec 7, '07 2:31pm PST | | | | | | Hi everyone. Thanks for your care and concern for me. Sorry it has been a week since I last posted but want to update you all. I did have a false pregnancy according to the vet. He and 2 other breeders told moma to let me keep the babies and I would get over it. Well I wasn't getting over it! I had a few furends over to help celebrate my first woofday. I didn't mind the two boys but I tried to attack the two girls!!! Moma was very upset with me to say the least. That was VERY unusual for me to do that. I normally love all dogs, cats and people. So the vet said I had too many hormones and that I should be spayed to end the problem.
So I did have the spay operation yesterday. And the vet said that I was going into heat again. I was just in heat about 3 months ago.
Hopefully i will be back to my old self shortly. I am very groggy still and have to wear a silly cone thing on my head. But everyone says it was best for me to have the operation. I am tiny so pups might have been hard for me to deliver. Moma is kinda sad b/c I would have been a great moma, although too aggressive. She wants me to be her baby anyways!! Please keep praying for me to recover quickly.

It's hard to believe I had surgery 10 days ago. I even did well wearing the silly cone all this time. I go to get the stitches out on thursday. Mommy will be glad - then she can give me a bath! I am playing with toys again and just livin it up doing zoomies and everything!!  | | | | |
