wave Speaking of English Springer Spaniels ( XD ) does anyone else's dog have "anger issues" and growls and bites some people...if not do you know why?

I have a springer who loves people, but boy he gets very aggressive with other dogs he doesnt know. Any suggestions about this? I would love to take him to the doggy park, but am afraid to because of his aggression.
