My vet performed surgery on me Wednesday, Oct. 24. At first she found that I had an irregular heartbeat. Could be a heart murmer or a defective valve, she's not sure but she is not worried about it since there has not been a problem with my heart before. After all, I am 8 yrs. old. She got all the stones out but found a mass in my bladder. She is hoping it is just a calcification mass formed from all the stones I had. Anyway, she has sent it off to Purdue University for evaluation. Keep me in your prayers, and my mommy too (all you dogz knows how our human mommies worry about us). It ain't over til it's over. But I am on the road to recovery from the surgery. My first 48 hours was ruff, oops, I mean rough but I am finally getting an appetite back. Still bothers me to "piddle" but my mommy keeps telling me that it will get better as my inards heal. Sure hope she's right. Thanks for all your well wishes and prayers. Please keep praying for just a mass and not a tumor that my vet found. Thanks, Casey
