Im sure most of you located in the hamptonroads section have read about me as it was in the paper on thursday. Me and my sister both american pitbulls got out of our back yard in the early morning. our mom and dad searched and searched for us but didnt find us till they went to the portsmouth humane society to see if we had been picked up. when they got there much to there surprise we had but we were in trouble. We got into it with another dog. so we stayed there for a week till our parents court date where we were deemed to be seized and executed.. our parents dont agree with this so they have appealed and we have to stay there for 30 more days till there next court date. we are so confused as to why were here.. The other dog in the fight was hurt the worst but still not that bad. we never bit a human even though the humans were beating us with bats and pitchforks we never touched them. They also got a fire extinguisher out and disarmed it to try and get us away, ( i have since been taken to the vet with an upper respiratory infection due to the extinguisher.. they say ill be ok im on medication.) my parents are digging deep into this to try and save our lives. we have found out the other dog we ran into was not on a leash either so we were all at large but at court that didnt matter. my pawrents have gotten an attorney and are fighting this tooth and nail but the point of this is to let everyone aware of how people JUDGE us as american pitbulls and also to see if anyone has an suggestions or advice for us. Please pray for us and hope we get to go home soon..
