How hot is TOO hot???

I'm new to the wonderful world of small dogs and am wondering how hot is too hot for Belle to play outside.
She LOVES to be outside and would spend the better part of the day out there but it has been SO hot and humid here that I worry about her.
I have fresh cool water out there and I sometimes turn the sprinkler on low for her but I still worry.
Any thoughts??

I would say anything over 95 is to hot. But use your discretion. If you cant handle the heat, then your dog probably cant either. They need someone to make the decision for 'em.wave
