I won BOS in the sweeps at the Western Hound Association Specialty a couple of weeks ago!! No points, but I sure did look hot! LOL. At the end of May I'm traveling to Ohio with my breeder for Nationals. Wish me luck!

It was a bittersweet ending to my Jr career....
Friday Night:
Oreo-1/2 in class
Jrs-Reserve
Smoke-2/2----Shyed from (buco preggo) judge
Rennie(dog I show for someone and have put all points on)-3 out of huge open black class of all major pointed dogs-including the Cole kid.

Smoke 3/3-shyed again cuz he was still freaked about the night before.-went up to judge after show and was schmoozing in his lap.
Ty obedience- 1st in Novice B!!! and HIT Juniorsmile
Rennie- WD/BOW for his final points-finished with 4 majors at only 1 year and 10 days. His owner was VERY excited since he is her first show dog(she is an ARPH leader. SHe is the one that took me to Oklahoma and Missouri...

Smoke- 1/3 and judge said as we walked out that he was a very nice dog. My guess is he just needs to grow up a bit-also he was a swerving marvin on Down and backs and I couldnt get him to straighten out...

Sunday(Judge was the Peppertree breeder)
Juniors: BJH for my final time in the junior ring. Katie went reserve and it was both of our last times....

Ty obedience-moved up to open and had a blast. He anticipated the broad jump and due to my mixed signal also anticipated the recall. He was happy and it was the funnest NQ I have ever had. He held his stays and people commented on his happy work ethic so I was happy. He flew to get the dumbell. I was so proud. I didnt expect to Q anyway because he has only been in training the last few months and with softball it is spotty training at that. It was kind of a "see where he is at" deal. I was pleased-Rainie shut down in open at shows. She went from one of the best novice dogs you could ask for (perfect Q record with a 193 at Nationals in 03) to a dog that just wanted to leave the ring in open. She even blew her healing she was so nervous. Her eyes would glaze and their was nuthin you could do. Im glad Ty is not like his sissmile


Katie Kupfer and I BFF's. This was both of our last weekends.
