hi all! i'm pancho, i just moved to nyc from upstate, and what a difference! i started this group because, number one, there was no group for city pinners, (and boy do we need one!) and secondly, because i'm clueless. red face so don't laugh if i say dumb things sometimes. whatever you want to talk about, good/bad vets, great/awful dog parks, the best boutiques, the least dog friendly businesses, the best groomers, how to smuggle your min pin on the subway... whatever your heart desires. or anything else, honestly! min pin stuff, rescuer stuff (i'm a rescuer/foster home for IMPS, the national min pin rescue, and i'm big on recruiting and promoting!) or just plain stuff! now, tell us a little about you...

Welcome to big, bad New York City! I'm also a member of IMPS, although I found Bucky on the street. I hope you can get some other members. The main thing about taking minpins on public transaportation here is that they have to be in entirely enclosed carriers. Like traditional dog carriers. I've used a front-loaded papoose type carrier to carry Bucky, although I'll be switching to a side carrier.

thanks for the welcome! nice fez bucky! i remember seeing you in the imps daily group emails- it would be GREAT to get some more imps volunteers down here! i thought this might be a good place to post some imps events and other fun things. anyway, off to have another joy filled experience with the nyc hospital system- bbs wave
