Tail Chewing

	My puppy is not too obsessed with his tail during the day. But once he starts playing with it he chews it till it is similar to a leather whip. The other Shih Tzu's in our family dont display this behavior, at least not as frequently as Gimli. Any ideas or solutions. Thanks.
