Hair cut for Snoop Dogg for the summer?

Snoop Dogg's shedding is causing his mommy to fill the vacuum cleaner about 3 times during each weekly vacuuming...Daddy says we should get his hair cut really short - like a buzz cut - because he saw another Brit around the lake with a short style who said it reduces shedding and keeps them cool in the summer. Mommy is very skeptical to cut the adorable soft, fluffy, curly locks of white and golden hair....even if it is a pain to vacuum. Does anyone cut their Brittany's hair?

What a cute guy! Mom was going to cut my hair too-the Spring Shed, eww. But someone said to try a shed blade and it is the best thing ever! She used it for a long time last night and got lots of icky old hair off and said it looks like I got a cut. She will be at it again tonight I think. She is still saying she may trim my feathers and will cut the hair around my feet again as I like to dig and get wet and then track stuff in my leg hair. Mom sees it as a bad thing. But try a shed blade and see if it helps.

Sawyer runs in the field when it's real hot, so to keep him safe, I do shave him. I use a ten blade to shave his body. But keep in mind that your dogs skin will not be used to the sun, so keep him inside until it grows a little or he might get a sun burn!
