is a toy rat terrier
he is very tiny and 7 weeks old
i'm trying to teach him sit
come and heel

his command to come when called is at 80%

heel 50%

sit 10%

no matter how i try he jumps right back up and is too excited to do what is asked of him

his concentration is nil

because he is very energized

so what do any of you suggest
remember he is very small
about a pound or lighter
