Cooking up- recipes in style

Doggie Treats!

1 cup flour
1 tsp bakeing soad
1 tsp bakeing powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 cup sugar
1/2 cup of water
1 or 2 eggs

Prheat oven to 350 f. Mix well, If the mix is to dry add a 1 tbsp of water at a time. After mixed roll out on a floured surface and take cookie cuters and cut the mix into shapes. Then place on a sprayed cookie sheet. Beat 1 egg, and brush on the dough shapes the place in preheated 350 f. oven. Bake for 10 to 12 min. Take out and lossen a little. After 5 min place on cooling rack and let cool 25 min. Give to you good dog. dog

Tuna Pops

1 can tuna with water ( don't drain)
1 cup yogert sp?
1/4 cup oatmeal
1/2 tsp water
a handful of dogfood

In a med bowl mix the tuna, yogert, oatmeal, and water. Then place in disposalble plastic or paper cups. ( I would recomend paper) Put about 1/4 cup of mix incups. Then take the dogfood and place 1 piece of food on the top of each pop. Place in freezer for about 1 hour. After the hour cover each cup with plastic wrap. When ready to serve to dog, take off plastic, cut or tear off cup and place in food bowl. ( They get melty fast) Makes about 3-5 cups depends if you double recipe.

4 cups of whole wheat flour
2 cups of Grape Nuts cereal
2 cups of mashed bananas (about 5 bananas)
3/4 cup of water
4 tablespoons ground nutmeg
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons of honey

Directions----
1. place all inrediants in a large bowl. Mix throroughly to combine.
2. Roll out dough on floured surface to about 1/4-inch thick. Using a cookie cutter, cut into shapes. Combine dough scraps and continue to roll out and cut into shapes until all dough has been used.
3. Place cookies in an ungreased foil-lined baking sheets, and bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.

This recipe makes 5-6 dozen cookies depending on size of cookie cutter used.

Dog Meatloaf

1 lb. hambergurer
1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp onion salt
2 tbsp catsup
2 cup dog bones crushed *( meusure after chrushing)*
1 or 2 eggs


Mix with hands until well combined. Put in a greased loaf pan bake about 30 min or until meat in cooked.

Wagtail soup

1 can of cream of chicken
1 sm box of noddels (sp?)

cook noddels (sp?) until tender then drain thenadd the soup and one can of water and a half of a can of water. heat to boil remove from heat and cool give to dog after cooled
