What a cuddly baby! This sweet boy was pulled from a kill shelter in SC at less than 6 weeks of age, buy a wonderful rescue group and foster family. At 10 months old and after a lot of tears from the human family, Roman was adopted by myself. Initially, they pulled his adoption because they wanted to keep him, and then later, after meeting me and the kids, decided he was a perfect fit for my family.

We drove 4 hours back and forth to visit the foster family and the available pit bulls, and it would be another several weeks before the home check was complete and Roman was dropped off to live out the rest of his life with our family.

He's a beautiful brindle pitbull, who runs like a deer and snuggles like a pillow! He does have obsessive compulsive disorder, which we have worked with daily to over come. What problem is that, you wonder? He is a non-stop kisser! He will look for any possible way to give you some bully tongue, and once he starts "washing" your face or neck, it is all you can do to get him to quit. His tongue only has 2 modes..."Seek to Kiss" and "Kiss!"

While this annoys many of our guests, we find it endearing. It's just his quirk, and we are happy to be the target of it!

Just ask you guests, would they rather be smooched to death or nibbled to death? My guess, they will opt for the first choice!

BTW Roman, you are one good looking dude and I mean that soley from one good looking dude to the next. wavewink
