	Hi! Seems to me that there is a huge need for more pit bull rescues and fosters in Texas. We're attempting to create a network of like-minded people who want to help pit bulls find loving, responsible homes. Members are also welcome to list pit bulls they have for adoption, but remember -- make sure you screen potential adopters extremely carefully to ensure a good home is found for your pup. You wouldn't want a pretty girl like me to end up in a bad place! And please, feel free to post pix of your beloved pitties! Well, that's my two cents worth for today!

	I'm not sure what I can do to help, but I want to! Maybe I can advertise....Any ideas for me? I live in Plano, just north of Dallas. I volunteer at The Second Chance SPCA on Alma Drive. Hope I can help....I Love the Pitties!

	Thanks for your offer to help! Sure, advertising would be great... let people know that pitties aren't bad dogs, and that there ARE people willing to foster and adopt. They are wonderful dogs that shelters should NOT just automatically euthanize. Educating people about the breed is so important. I think the greatest need right now is foster homes. The more foster homes there are, the more pitties/bully breeds we can eventually get out of places like animal control, where they have no chance at all. Hmmmm... time to go night night, but I'm sure we can come up with more ideas! Thank you!
