My mom and dad are interested in getting a Whippet. I am a whippet/pitt bull mix (I know, it was an odd match laugh out loud. Can anyone give my mom some info on the best place to start the search? It would be much appreciated! IMy mom has always wanted a whippet, and now that we have a new huge yard, mom says it's time to search for one to join our family!

If you really want a good whippet you should just start going to dog shows and watch who wins Best of Breed. Or you can walk around by the kennels and ask the owners about their whippets. Each breeder breeds their whippet for certain qualities, find out what certain quaties each breeder is breeding for and htat will help your decision.
