A few of us decided that we really do need a Service Dog Group separate and apart from the States. As we do not have an ADA, and our Canadian Law still has not passed. We thought that we would get together to talk and chat about the various problems that we face. How the training of our dogs has to be superior, and as solid as we can make them. Service Dogs in Canada are very fledgling, here we will share our info, our Provincial Laws, and training techniques... or whatever else strikes our fancy... " We are the Pioneers" We will accept members from any country, just because we are Canadian, does not mean that we will not share our experiences with others. We also welcome feedback and hopefully we will crosspost our experiences in order to learn more and open up new doors...

I am Alyssa and I currently live in Calgary but I call BC home.. I was born in Victoria and grew up in a small town.
I have a wonderful lab named Luna who is a Special Skills Service dog. She is very important to me and I love her very much.

Hey, I came across this site and I thought I would send a message. I am interested in making a little documentary about a service dog. My site is www.dogumentaries.ca
Let me know if you are interested in a free dogumentary to help promote my business
