Sheriff's deputies in the park?

Last week (Saturday) when LuLu was walking out of the park we saw three deputies on horseback riding to the dog play area. Are they trying to enforce the leash law again?

Good question...my experience is that they are usually good folks..
Keep your leash handy and please be able to recall your pooch when they do approach..
Anyone else have any thoughts??
