Why did you mom and dad name you "Shadow"?

Mommy said that my name at the shelter was Pepper. She didn't like that name for me and she wanted to call me Blade. But from the moment I got to my new home, I wanted to make sure that mommy will always be near me, so I followed her EVERYWHERE, even to the bathroom. I still do, and I sit on her feet . She said I was her Lil Shadow. And the name just stuck. I still follow her everywhere, but now I do it just to make sure I don't miss out on any goodie!!
