What kind of food does your dog eat?

	Hi, I was just wondering what kind of food your dog eats. I noticed there's quite a variety of dog foods out there and everyone seems to have a different experience with their foods. My dogs eat Acana and First Mate. They seem to enjoy both and I'm a believer in premium quality food. Alot of people feed their dogs RAW... Anyone here do this?

	We eat a blended combination of Science Diet and Nutro brand dog foods. (We don't get any table scraps. Bummer.) Feeding time is a little hard at my house because there are five of us and we all are suppose to have our own age appropriate food. Some of us need it softened, some like it hard and Ojo is on a secial canned prescription food for his liver. But the one thing WE ALL AGREE ON is Charlee Bear Treats. We love them so much our tails almost wag off our bottoms. They are our very favorite things and a perfect size for us little dogs. We've never heard of RAW but we'll try looking it up on the Web. 	Otto, RAW is sometimes known as BARF... It's feeding your pet uncooked meat. No kibble. I don't know... I'm scared of feeding my dog uncooked meat. I've heard that this is a diet that you've got to know what you're doing because you can make your dog sick. I don't really eat meat myself, so I'm kinda squeamish about the whole idea. Dogs that have tried it (on Dogster anyway) seem to like it a lot. I just wouldn't feel comfortable giving my dogs raw meat... with all the diseases lately, like Mad Cow, Anthrax, Asian Bird Flu...Seems a little risky to feed your pet raw food. 	Hello Shady: I'm sure we would all like a RAW diet but I don't think my dad would go for that either. He would worry about disease as well. We all like our food and are good eaters so we'll probably leave well enough alone. Thanks for the info on RAW, Shady. -- Little Otto PS: Happy Memorial Day weekend
